1. Terminology

The key words “MUST”, “SHOULD” and “MAY” in this document are to be interpreted as described in RFC 2119.

2. Operating Parameters

3. Transport

3.1. A message SHOULD be sent over one of the following channels:

• Email: a@axklmn.dev

3.2. A message SHOULD fit on one screen. Links MAY be attached for everything else.

3.3. A comment on an RFC SHOULD mention its number, for example RFC 0006.

4. Response Time

4.1. The author SHOULD reply within one day.

4.2. If there is no reply after 24 hours, the sender MAY retransmit. This is not considered rude.

5. Supported Topics

The author is glad to receive messages about:

• engineering management and building engineering organisations,
• self-hosted AI agent platforms in regulated environments,
• small language models running on device,
• anything published in /rfc,
• anything else. The list above is RECOMMENDED, not REQUIRED.

6. Security Considerations
